CUB MASTERS (Ages: 10 MOS - 3 YO) is a Mommy/Daddy & Me Program. We offer a safe space for little ones to explore their world through imaginative play and movement. Kids will be moving, learning and engaged through exercise, songs and Taekwondo inspired lessons. Discover your little one’s full potential, promote early development, and help build confidence.

MINI MASTERS (Ages: 3 - 6 YO) Get ready to play and engage through our series of lessons that will keep you child moving, thinking, and growing into an upstanding kid. This class will introduce the fundamental principles of Taekwondo like listening skills, respect, social skills, coordination, balance, and self defense.

Basic Program (Ages: 5 YO - 16 YO) will set your kids on a path to gain confidence, learn discipline, and adopt a lifestyle of respect. With the U.S. Taekwondo Center, your child can enjoy a fun, after-school activity that develops character while increasing physical fitness. Plus, we’ll teach them practical self-defense choices and techniques, so they can make effective decisions when faced with a stranger, attacker, or bully. Taekwondo is an engaging, fun activity that sets students on a path for success. As you watch them grow, you will likely end up wanting to join them!
